CFD (Contract for Differences)

A CFD is a derivative investment instrument without expiry date, which allows operations on the price movements without having the underlying asset. CFD allows trading on the basis of fluctuations in the price of a currency. In the same asset you can trade and earn profits both by trading Buy or Sell depending on the assets movements

CFD’s are Over The Counter (OTC) products, and as the name implies are contracts for differences, that is, a contract between two parties that exchange the difference between the entry price and the exit price, multiplied by the number of shares or indexes that were agreed upon (Leverage). Therefore, the gains or losses derive from the difference between the price at which they were purchased and at which they were sold.
